A Strathalbyn businesswoman is campaigning for more ambulance resources in the town after two people died waiting more than half an hour for an appropriate emergency response.
Commercial Hotel managing director Stacey Butler said in July it took 32 minutes for an ambulance to attend to a man who was choking. And in December an ambulance arrived 38 minutes after a call was made for a man who had collapsed by the Strathalbyn post office.
