SA koalas buck ‘endangered’ trend

SA’s koala population has continued to grow as other states experience a significant drop in their numbers, highlighting two contrasting issues facing the Government.
The Federal Government has upgraded the status of the koala from “vulnerable” to “endangered” in NSW, Queensland and the ACT in response to declining numbers.
