Shaky Leadership founder keeps steady eye on goal

Todd Murfitt, diagnosed with young onset Parkinson’s disease five years ago, is set to represent Australia at the World Parkinson’s Games in the Netherlands.

At just 35 years old Todd Murfitt was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a diagnosis which he said was “bizarre to hear” given that at the time he thought it was an “old person’s disease”.
Parkinson’s disease affects up to 100,000 Australians and targets the nervous system, gradually reducing the sufferer’s control over their motor functions over many years and commonly causing tremors.
