A former chair of the Oakbank Racing Club says a lack of promotion, technical issues and Racing SA’s ban on jumps racing led to low attendance at the club’s Easter Racing Carnival.
John Glatz said he had “never ever seen so little atmosphere” and was appalled at seeing such “a small crowd”.
