Accepted file formats
The following information relates to the electronic transfer of your documents, files, images etc.
Electronic material for booked advertisements may be sent via email to ads@courier.net.au.

Platforms Accepted: Macintosh and PC
 
Macintosh
Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF

PC/Windows
Illustrator, Photoshop.
Microsoft Word is acceptable for text (NOT for display advertisements or photographs).
Graphics or photographs must be supplied as separate JPG files and at least 300dpi
 
Saving to disk/CD
When saving to disk the following must be included: Original graphic files, fonts used, hard copy proof.
 
Submitting Advertisements
Advertisements accepted by email, CD (PC & Mac). Our preferred file type is Adobe Acrobat PDF.
Fonts must be embedded
Agencies can use Quickcut
 
Copy Deadline
After confirmation of booking advertisement (refer to booking deadlines above) copy to arrive by 5pm Monday.
 
Provider's Responsibility
All advertisements must adhere to the above conditions and contain information on the application used, which platform and a contact phone/fax numbers of provider.
