Major works to construct a roundabout at the Woodside Road junction in Nairne have started.
The roundabout is the Department of Infrastructure and Transport’s solution to traffic congestion at the intersection of Woodside and Saleyard Roads with the Old Princes Highway, with traffic along the highway increasing by 10–15% since the completion of the Bald Hills Interchange which links Nairne to the South Eastern Freeway.
