Wait sparks ambulance call

Littlehampton residents Megan and Phil McLaughlin believe the region needs more ambulances after they waited an hour for help when Mrs McLaughlin broke her ankle last year.

A Littlehampton woman says the region needs more ambulances after she was left waiting for help in a paddock for almost an hour after a horse fell on her last year.
Megan McLaughlin, who was 62 years of age at the time, needed two surgical procedures after breaking two bones in her ankle and damaging her knee when the horse she was leading slipped and fell onto her at Brukunga in August last year.
