The Adelaide Hills Council will spend $10,000 to give feedback to its own assessment panel about a controversial 24/7 petrol station and car wash proposed for Heathfield.
Peregrine Corporation wants to develop an OTR petrol station and car wash on a 2160sqm site at the corner of Longwood and Scott Creek roads – currently leased by Heathfield Motors – complete with 24-hour service which no other petrol station between the Tollgate and Mt Barker currently offers.
Council to hire lawyer to advise on OTR proposal
Peregrine Corporation has lodged plans with the Adelaide Hills Council to build a 24/7 petrol station on the site leased by Heathfield Motors.
