Proposed upgrades to the heritage-listed grandstands at the Oakbank Racing Club will be carried out to ensure critical safety considerations are implemented.
Plans were lodged in January to partially demolish the two northernmost grandstands on the Oakbank Racing Club grounds and to implement safety upgrades to other buildings.
