Gumeracha local and cancer-survivor Mell Penno has taken over the reins of one of the Hills’ most recognisable tourist destinations.
With the handover official as of July 1, she has already begun work upgrading the Big Rocking Horse’s multiple facilities – including a freshening-up of the café’s interior furniture and an overhaul of the menu offerings.
