The Mt Barker Council is seeking the “urgent” relocation of manure stockpiles produced by fertiliser company Neutrog from its Kanmantoo site to a new location at Langhorne Creek.
The council will also inquire with the CFS about recent fires at the Kanmantoo site and ask the volunteer firefighting service if a risk assessment has been undertaken, with a report to come back to the council.
