The Mt Barker Council has warned that the new multi-million dollar public preschool and primary school announced for Mt Barker in the 2024 State Budget may not be enough to cater for the region’s future demand.
Last month the State Government announced the $62.7m school along with $4m for refurbishments and maintenance at Mt Barker High School.
