The Alexandrina Council will gauge community support for a speed limit reduction throughout Strathalbyn’s town centre following an investigation that highlighted the benefits of introducing a 40km/h precinct.
During last year’s December council meeting, councillors agreed to investigate reducing the speed along Strathalbyn’s main State-managed roads, West, East and North terraces.
