This week’s announcement that an elected Coalition Government would commit to funding 80% – or $840m – of a freight bypass around the Hills is welcome news.
Also welcomed is the State Liberal Opposition’s announcement that it would cover the remaining 20% – or $211m – if they were to win the State election next year.
