Terms and conditions of competition entry.

Note: Prizes to be collected from The Courier's Mt Barker office unless otherwise stated.

Prizes may be redeemable in SA only.

Eligible entrants

The competition is open to all readers of The Courier, Mt Barker, except Courier employees and their immediate family members.

Entries are limited to one entry per person for each separate prize being offered.

How to enter the competition

Entry to the competition is through the submission of the online form specified in the competition as published in The Courier.

Winners will be notified by phone or email.

Winners names and details will not be published.

The competition period

Competitions begin on the day of publication and run until the day of publication of any subsequent issue of The Courier, this is normally one week.

Disqualifying entrants

Entrants can be disqualified if they breach the competition terms and conditions, cheat to win the competition by having an unfair advantage or if they act in a way that infringes a third party’s intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the prize or promotion prize becomes unavailable, for whatever reason, The Courier reserves the right to deem the competition null and void.

The Courier reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.

The Courier has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.

Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.

Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in South Australia.
