Wrong design
I WRITE in response to Joseph Moore’s article (The Courier, September 11) regarding the master plan for the Stirling Library lawns.
As referenced in the piece, the original brief, in 2018, was to just replicate the damaged rotunda or introduce a new rotunda design.
Surveys at the time from interested ratepayers focused on returning to the original.
Now six years later we come up...
