The CFS and Mt Barker Council are urging Hills residents to prepare their properties and bushfire survival plans ahead of the upcoming fire danger season.
It comes after CFS chief officer Brett Loughlin’s announcement last week that the 2024/25 fire danger season would begin on December 1 for the Mt Lofty Ranges and run through to April 30 next year.
