First step towards historic restoration

A mansion at Crafers which was destroyed in the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires will be reconstructed under plans out for public consultation.

Also known as Arthur’s Seat, the dilapidated mansion at 103 Mt Lofty Summit Road was bought earlier this year by the owner of Mt Lofty House, David Horbelt, after Renewal SA sought expressions of interest for the 2ha property.
