Grass fires have scorched multiple areas in the Hills in the days leading up to Fire Danger Season, which begins today (November 15) for the Mt Lofty Ranges.
The biggest incident was at a Brinkworth Range Road property at Tungkillo on Saturday, November 11, when a grass fire spread across about 50ha during the afternoon.
