A two-storey motel with 28 rooms has been proposed for Oakbank’s main street.
Town planning firm Beyond Ink has prepared plans, on behalf of business client Laboratory Instrument Repairs, for a motel at 209 and 209A Onkaparinga Valley Road that would also include 28 guest car parking spaces, three short-term car parking spaces, a reception area, first floor balcony and rear laundry.
